MIFARE Classic® EV1 Sector Reader

General Description:
Programming of the reader is performed by presenting a programmable Configuration Card, created using Rosslare’s Smartcard programmers (CP-R25 or CP-R26). A reader scans the information stored in a specific protected sector within a MIFARE Classic® EV1 smartcard, sends the data to a connected access control system, and allows the integrator to set secret keys for different sectors within the card. This establishes a unique network with proprietary cards, where no card can possibly have the same ID on the same location and with the same reader key. The readers meet IP65 and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The 10-wire interface allows easy connection of the unit to a control panel and includes LED control and buzzer control. These products can be customized for most major projects.
