How does the standard parking card access system work?
The entry and exit reader is connected to AR716-E02 (Dual Reader Interface) with an anti-passback function. Support up to 3000 cards. During entry or exit, flash the proximity card in front of the reader. Upon identity verification, AR721E will trigger the barrier gate to open.
CP3 is connected to MagEtegra ME-ACS software. All user profiles can be recorded into ME-ACS software. You can add/edit/delete users in software and download the user changes into AR716-E02. ME-ACS software offers a clean GUI instead of crowded the screen with unnecessary functions. A security guard or operator with minimum IT knowledge will be able to operate the software easily. After updating the user changes, the PC can be unplugged from CP3. CP3 shall continue to run standalone without requiring any software connection.
3 types of readers can be connected to AR716-E02 (Dual Reader Interface). Each reader has a different reading range to cater to different budgets and levels of convenience desired.
